Job summary

Ampere is seeking a Sr. Principal Technical Program Manager, SoC Architecture, to drive planning, execution, and cross-functional alignment across complex SoC architecture initiatives.

You will partner with SoC architects through the lifecycle to manage specifications, KPIs, dependencies, risks, and roadmaps, ensuring milestones are met from definition to silicon readiness. You will build dashboards and automated reporting for metrics, coordinate with hardware and software teams, and help

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Technical Program Management experience in silicon/SoC product development.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical, written and verbal communication.
• Experience leading large-scale silicon/SoC programs with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SoC programs from inception through tape-out and production.
• Plan and track long-term technology roadmap aligned with SoC product roadmap.
• Coordinate hardware, software, product, operations and supplier stakeholders.
