The role requires a Secret clearance, 1st shift with a 4 day – 10 hours/day schedule (Mon–Thu), and collaboration across electrical, hydraulics, propulsion and structural subsystems. Responsibilities include MRB process leadership, dispositions for nonconforming parts, and cross-discipline coordination to deliver robust solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in STEM with required experience, or advanced degrees with reduced experience.
• MRB/LE Authority for Engineering experience or capability.
• Experience with TeamCenter and NX or CAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as engineering authority for non-conformances supporting a restricted program
• Perform dispositions for nonconforming parts, assemblies, and installations
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineers to resolve defects
