Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in STEM and minimum 2 years of relevant experience; Master's with no experience acceptable.
• Principal level requires Bachelor's with 5+ years, Master's with 3 years, or PhD with no experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Act as structural analysis authority for non-conformances in the STRIKE program.
• Support disposition and MRB/ECRs in production and flight test environment.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineers to determine effective solutions to defects.
• Maintain MRB process integrity and engineering authority.
