Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in STEM with 8+ years of related engineering experience, or advanced degrees with progressively fewer years.
- Experience leading diverse technical teams on hydraulics systems.
- Proficiency with CATIA V5, PLM tools, and data management in design environments.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the hydraulics subsystem subject matter expert.
- Lead a small team to define and champion system improvements.
- Act as engineering representative in supplier management for subsystem components.
- Perform system analyses to support specialty engineering needs.
- Define and document changes to the hydraulics subsystem.
- Present technical briefs to users, customers, and program leadership.
