Journey is seeking a Senior Payroll / Benefits Coordinator to support Warrenton Woods and Woods at Sparta. This role is homebased from Warrenton and will split time between both facilities, ensuring accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, and smooth onboarding for a long-term care team.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented and committed to compliant HR operations, with strong communication skills and experience with payroll systems.
