Journey in Sparta, GA is seeking an on-site Care Team Support Associate focused on cleaning and resident care. You will perform daily and deep cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, manage supplies, and ensure documentation adheres to infection control policies.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and preferred experience in long-term care. The Journey Advantage includes medical/dental/vision insurance and PTO.

Required Qualifications:

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and Sanitization: Perform daily and deep cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, including dusting, mopping, disinfecting surfaces, and managing trash and waste materials.
• Equipment and Supplies Management: Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, such as vacuums and floor buffers, safely and effectively; prepare and distribute supply packs and linens as needed.
• Resident-Focused Support: Practice sensitivity to residents’ privacy and individual needs while adhering to infection control policies and completing all required documentation accurately.
