ADP is hiring a Senior Partner Strategy Analyst for ADP Marketplace, a digital HR storefront with over 250 partners offering 800+ HCM solutions. This role is responsible for driving success with existing partners and onboarding new ones, developing go-to-market strategies, and managing partnerships throughout their lifecycle, including technical enablement, strategic planning, and revenue growth. The analyst will act as a trusted advisor, coaching partners and liaising with internal teams to resolve issues.

The Senior Partner Strategy Analyst will develop strategies to grow partner categories, ensure successful launches, and refine go-to-market strategies with existing Silver Tier partners.

This role suits individuals seeking an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Collaborate with partners and internal teams to develop and approve GTM plans, continuously refining strategies to adapt to market changes.
  2. Thought Leadership and Analysis: Develop expertise in solution categories, analyze growth trends, identify trigger events, and strategize for revenue expansion and future partnerships.
  3. Partner Performance and Engagement: Set and evaluate performance goals, implement corrective actions, and drive engagement through newsletters, Partner Power Hours, summits, and recognition initiatives.
  4. Technical Expertise: Gain understanding of APIs and ecommerce capabilities to support integration and pricing/listing strategies.
  5. Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Exhibit strong executive presence to interact with partners and internal teams, manage difficult conversations, and drive strategic resolutions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in partner development, sales, marketing, or business development.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in SaaS is preferred.
