Summary

This independent, hands-on Supervisor will be responsible for the overall business performance and staff productivity within an operation. Responsibilities include:

  1. Overseeing specified operations within the branch.
  2. Motivating teams of employees.
  3. Managing reports and statistical analysis.
  4. Ensuring quality standards are met.
  5. Meeting customer expectations and resolving issues promptly.
  6. Contributing to process improvements and implementing new processes.
  7. Ensuring on-time delivery performance and maintaining a 100% on-time mentality.

Other Functions/Responsibilities

  • Performing other duties as assigned.
  • Willing to travel up to 15%.

Required Skills

  • Proven operations experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong team building and interpersonal skills.
  • Background in high-volume distribution preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other spreadsheet applications.
  • Technical background is a plus.

Required Experience

  • B.S. Degree in Operations or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years supervisory experience, preferably in production or service environments, including experience with P&L/budgets.
