We are seeking a Regional Director of Operations who is MOTIVATED to work in a company with an EVOLVING culture that promotes a POSITIVE work-life balance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering a thriving customer experience in Long-Term Care, with expertise in Clinical Reimbursement and Patient Driven Payment Model (PDPM), especially in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Language Pathology disciplines. Multi-site management experience is preferred but not mandatory; candidates must be licensed therapists (PT, OT, SLP, OTA, or PTA).

Job Position: Regional Director of Operations

Job Type: Full Time, remote position with required travel

Job Summary: This role involves providing training, analysis, advice, and consultation to facilities and teams in the Northeast US. The director monitors, consults, and recommends modifications to ensure efficient, compliant rehab oversight and payment performance.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Deep understanding of therapy reimbursement methodologies, especially PDPM
• Providing consultation, training, and support
• Analyzing systems to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
• Collaborating with teams to resolve issues and implement changes
• Performing audits to promote compliance
• Promoting best practices and systems in facilities
• Knowledge of Medicare rules, billing codes, and HIPAA regulations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Qualifications:

• Licensed therapist with a degree from an accredited program
• 3-5 years of clinical experience in long-term care, including supervisory or administrative roles
• Prior multi-site management experience preferred
• Proficiency with healthcare technology systems like Net Health, Point Click Care
• Based in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Pennsylvania, or Michigan
• Active therapy license (PT, OT, SLP, OTA, or PTA) required
