The Role: Senior Operations Manager

This isn’t a 9-to-5 gig. We seek someone ruthlessly organized, entrepreneurial, and battle-tested who can build systems, design processes, and solve problems at scale. You will oversee everything from drivers to fleet compliance, quality assurance, and event logistics.

This is a high-stakes, high-stress, high-upside opportunity. You’ll need to fully immerse yourself in Fetii’s mission, working late nights, chaotic weekends, and early mornings when things break. In return, you’ll earn stock options in a company aiming for a massive outcome.

What You’ll Own

Driver Operations

• Source, vet, onboard, and manage our growing driver network
• Build scalable systems for performance tracking, support, and churn management
• Lead communication loops and feedback programs across all driver touchpoints

VSP (Vehicle Service Provider) Oversight

• Manage VSP partnerships and daily fleet deployment
• Design streamlined vehicle assignment and servicing processes
• Ensure operational reliability, efficiency, and accountability

Compliance & Regulatory

• Own driver and VSP compliance: insurance, contracts, background checks, permits
• Develop documentation workflows to reduce risk and ensure continuity
• Maintain real-time audits across all compliance areas

Quality Control & Tech Installations

• Uphold vehicle and driver standards through inspections and field operations
• Coordinate QR code/sticker deployment, Samsara telematics hardware installs
• Monitor and refine onboarding and quality pipelines

Safety & Enforcement (Samsara)

• Enforce driving behavior standards using Samsara dashboards
• Lead incident response, policy enforcement, and training
• Proactively address safety issues

Sales Ops & Event Execution

• Collaborate with sales to ensure smooth large-scale event trips
• Manage logistical execution for high-volume weekends and activations
• Lead in the field, solve problems live, and set an example
