Ladders is seeking a Sr. Operations Specialist - Launch Team to join a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. The role owns customer launch readiness for a portfolio of accounts, coordinating the operational steps from planning through deployment.

The ideal candidate collaborates with customer program managers, internal stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure each launch is properly scoped, approved, and executed, keeping initiatives on track and strengthening the launch process.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer-facing project management or operations roles.
• Experience managing multiple projects with external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with drone-based first responder operations and dock-based remote operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of accounts and manage weekly customer interactions.
• Build relationships with customer program managers and internal teams.
• Lead site surveys and readiness planning with IT and network administrators.
• Drive non-technical launch requirements such as waivers and approvals.
• Ensure readiness gates are met before shipment or deployment.
• Support other specialists during absences and provide feedback for process improvements.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Operations Specialist - Launch Team to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will own customer launch readiness for a portfolio of accounts, coordinating the operational steps needed to move complex programs from planning through deployment. The specialist will partner closely with customer program managers, internal stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure each launch is properly scoped, approved, and executed. Success in this position means keeping multiple external-facing initiatives on track, removing blockers, and strengthening the launch process across the business.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $125,000 - $170,000 annually

Responsibilities
