United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Mission Manager, Launch to lead launch-site activities at Vandenberg for current and future missions. You will own mission planning, coordinate with Operations Teams, and ensure all customer requirements are met for launch site processing.
You will support execution across campaign phases, liaise with government customers, and uphold certification of the launch site to meet National Security Space mission needs.

As a Launch Site Mission Manager, you will be a hands-on contributor responsible for all launch site activities associated with current and future customer spacecraft missions from Vandenberg Air Force Base. This unique location is the company’s primary site for polar and high-inclination orbital missions. You’ll own mission planning, and work directly with the primary Mission Manager and all Launch Site Operations Teams to ensure all customer requirements are met for launch site processing.
In this role you will directly support the execution of the campaign through all phases of operation from launch site spacecraft arrival and offload, to supporting the customer on console during launch. You’ll be an advocate for our customer by acting as the point of contact to apply customer feedback and campaign lessons learned to rapidly improve mission execution and customer satisfaction.
In this position you will also represent the the company launch site to our government customers and be responsible for assuring successful execution on our contractual launch site deliverables for National Security Space missions. You will be responsible for maintaining certification of the Launch Site and providing operational insight to our government customers.
Pay Range:Mission Manager: $130,000.00 - $180,000.00/per year
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience. Those with an active clearance will receive a 10% differential, up to an additional $15,000 annually, once officially briefed into a classified program.
