Job summary

Centric Consulting is seeking an experienced Sr. OCM Consultant to drive organizational change across complex transformation programs. This remote role focuses on adapting strategies for regional audiences and collaborating with senior leaders to ensure readiness and adoption.

You will develop clear communications, identify training needs, and deliver comprehensive change management documentation while supporting knowledge transfer and culture-building efforts across business units.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) or a related field.
• Experience developing and executing change, communications, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

• Experience supporting global or geographically dispersed organizations is preferred.
