Job summary

Centric Consulting in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Senior Consultant or Manager in Organizational Change Management (OCM) to support a large-scale Supply Planning transformation. You will work with business stakeholders, project teams, and leaders to prepare teams for new processes, ways of working, and technology solutions.

The ideal candidate brings 3–6 years in OCM or business transformation, strong communication and facilitation skills, and experience with enterprise technology

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in organizational change management, business transformation, or management consulting.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations, supply chain transformations, ERP programs, or planning system deployments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.
• Experience creating communications, training materials, stakeholder engagement plans, and change readiness assessments.
• Familiarity with Prosci, ADKAR, or similar change-management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of organizational change management plans for a multi-year Supply Planning implementation.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments to identify adoption risks and readiness needs.
• Develop communications, presentations, and engagement materials for leaders and end users.
• Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and stakeholder meetings to gather feedback and promote alignment.
• Partner with business and project leaders to support readiness activities and address employee concerns.
• Assist in planning training, knowledge transfer, and user adoption activities.
• Track readiness, engagement, and adoption metrics throughout the program lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure change activities integrate with project plans.

In this role, you will:

• Support the development and execution of organizational change management plans for a multi-year Supply Planning implementation.


• Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments to identify adoption risks and organizational readiness needs.


• Develop communications, presentations, and engagement materials for business leaders and end users.


• Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and stakeholder meetings to gather feedback and promote alignment across teams.


• Partner with business and project leaders to support change readiness activities and address employee concerns.


• Assist in planning and coordinating training, knowledge transfer, and user adoption activities.


• Track organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption metrics throughout the program lifecycle.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure change activities are integrated into overall project plans.


• Identify potential resistance points and help develop mitigation strategies that drive successful adoption.

Who You Are:

• 3-6 years of experience in organizational change management, business transformation, or management consulting.


• Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations, supply chain transformations, ERP programs, or planning system deployments.


• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.


• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization.


• Experience creating communications, training materials, stakeholder engagement plans, and change readiness assessments.


• Familiarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or similar frameworks.
