Qualifications

• 4-5+ years in international freight forwarding (ocean import/export).
• Experience with NVOCC ocean freight operations.
• Experience with international air freight forwarding.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on CargoWise experience.
• Strong knowledge of FMC requirements and global trade.
• Proficiency in MS Office; ability to manage multiple shipments.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end international freight forwarding for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate transportation, documentation, customs clearance, delivery.
• Oversee and train forwarding specialists to meet standards.
• Track shipments and provide updates to customers and teams.
• Review billing and negotiate rates to support profitability.
• Prepare customer invoices and process payments.
• Create and update SOPs; implement process improvements.
• Ensure FMC compliance and import/export regulations.
