WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Sr. National Account Manager eCommerce

As a Senior National Account Manager at Vetsource, you will be responsible for developing and executing the growth strategy on the Amazon marketplace for pet medications and nutrition products. As a part of the role, you will drive strategy, execution, and optimization across all key levers of the Amazon ecosystem—including product listings, advertising, promotions, pricing, and inventory management. Additionally, you will be responsible for representing and cross-selling the entire range of Vetsource services while leading the customer account planning cycle and managing relations with our Manufacturing partners.

This is a full-time, remote position.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Amazon marketplace strategies to drive awareness and revenue growth in the pet medication and nutrition markets

  • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, Demand Side Platform (DSP), and Amazon Marketing Cloud audiences

  • Conduct regular performance analyses, providing insights and recommendations to Partners to improve their overall Amazon presence

  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts

  • Proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for one and three-year periods

  • Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary stakeholders

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest Amazon trends, policies, and best practices to guide client strategies

  • Maintain regular contact with Manufacturing partners to execute Amazon strategies and initiatives

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business management or related field. Equivalent work experience will be taken into consideration.

  • 4+ years of experience in the pet industry or direct B2B sales

  • 4+ years of experience managing Amazon accounts with a proven track record of driving sales and improving performance

  • Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central, including a deep knowledge of Amazon's advertising platform

  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills virtually and in-person

  • Analytical, results-driven, proactive, and able to work autonomously

  • Ability to collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders

  • Capable of managing negotiations of contracts and tactical opportunities

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with software development processes, methodologies, and terminologies

  • Sitting/standing at a desk working on a computer for long periods of time

Pay range (US based applicants): $119,872 - $160,000 (annualized) + variable compensation plan eligible

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, certifications, relevant education and training, while also considering internal equity.
