What You’ll Do:
  1. Improve Univar’s position within each account using consultative and in-depth selling at all levels within the account.
  2. Prospect for new business by conducting sales calls to actively grow the territory.
  3. Focus on customer retention and overall satisfaction.
  4. Provide technical support and consulting to increase value to customers.
  5. Maintain an updated view of your sales pipeline.
  6. Set pricing, service levels, and coordinate quotations.
  7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure inventory levels meet demand.
  8. Demonstrate commitment to safety.
What You’ll Need:
  1. Minimum of 8+ years of sales experience.
  2. Experience in manufacturing, distribution, industrial, or chemical sales preferred.
  3. Bachelor’s degree (Technical Science, Chemistry preferred).
  4. Strong network and business savvy.
  5. Excellent listening, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  6. Ability to travel within territory.
