Position Overview

The Senior Account Manager of Mass Sales will develop and lead strategic partnerships with North American mass retailers, driving profitable growth and market share across SVP's brands and accessories. The role requires a strategic, hands-on leader with strong financial acumen and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for North America's mass business.
  2. Drive product and go-to-market strategies to meet financial and growth objectives.
  3. Manage partnerships and coordinate with cross-functional teams for business decisions.
  4. Partner with Supply Chain to ensure timely fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
  5. Analyze market and customer trends to influence brand positioning and innovation.
  6. Collaborate with marketing, IT, finance, legal, and external vendors to optimize growth.
  7. Forecast business opportunities and resource requirements.
  8. Perform additional strategic assignments as needed.
Qualifications

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in sales leadership within consumer and durable goods, supporting mass retail and eCommerce channels.
  • At least 3 years managing Walmart and Michaels accounts with proven growth results.
  • Strong strategic thinking, financial expertise, and ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and in fast-paced environments.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This is a remote role with domestic travel required. Must communicate effectively via technology and be able to move around the workspace as needed.
