Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Sr Mechanical Engineer / Dept. Head to lead our Mechanical Department in a hybrid environment.

You will oversee MEP projects across commercial, mission critical, education, healthcare, and government facilities, guiding design teams and ensuring quality engineering deliverables. The ideal candidate has a PE license, a BS in Mechanical Engineering, 12–15+ years of AEC experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• PE licensed required; leadership experience in AEC preferred.
• REVIT proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Mechanical Department and project teams.
• Direct MEP design for commercial, mission critical, educational, healthcare, and government facilities.
• Ensure high-quality design, documentation, and on-time project delivery.

We are seeking a Mechanical Department Head to Lead our Team. Successful candidates will have a strong background in MEP Consulting (Mechanical, Plumbing, & Fire Protection Engineering) with proven leadership experience. Projects include Commercial Buildings, Mission Critical Facilities, Educational Institutions, Healthcare Facilities, Government Buildings, etc.

Salary: $120,000 - $175,000 per year

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university
• 12 - 15+ years of AEC experience preferred
• 2 - 3+ years of Leadership experience.
• PE Licensed Required
