Lead and manage projects for new construction and renovation. Develop and review design approaches, methodologies, and calculations. Prepare and coordinate drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Oversee QA/QC reviews to ensure quality and accuracy. Mentor and provide technical guidance to mechanical engineering staff. Coordinate multi-discipline project efforts and ensure design integration across all teams. Support proposals, budgets, and project schedules. Interface with clients to confirm project scope and deliverables. Participate in construction administration activities including site visits, RFI responses, and shop drawing reviews. Maintain compliance with codes, standards, and quality control procedures.
