What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Lead comprehensive planning and execution of regional and national trade shows, conferences, and events
2. Coordinate event design and onsite execution with cross-functional teams to ensure branding and lead generation
3. Manage event ROI, budgets, vendor negotiations, contracts, and timelines
4. Evaluate and improve trade show workflows and operations using event management platforms
5. Provide mentorship and guidance for junior team members

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
2. 6+ years of professional experience in event planning and management
3. Ability to travel domestically (up to 35% of the time)
4. Proven experience managing a high volume of events with multiple stakeholders
5. Exceptional organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
