What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Lead comprehensive planning and execution of regional and national trade shows, conferences, and regional events
2. Coordinate event design and onsite execution to maintain consistent branding and successful lead generation
3. Manage event ROI, budgets, vendor negotiations, contracts, and timelines
4. Evaluate and improve trade show workflows and operations using event management platforms
5. Provide mentorship and guidance for junior team members

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
2. 6+ years of professional experience in event planning and management, specifically trade show and conference execution
3. Ability to travel domestically (up to 35% of the time)
4. Exceptional organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
5. Proficiency in event management and CRM software (Monday.com, Hubspot, Salesforce preferred)
