ABOUT THE ROLE-We are seeking a Marketing Program Manager, Events to support the EMEA Google for Education marketing team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of events designed to drive awareness, engagement, and ultimately the purchase of Google for Education products. You will be instrumental in delivering high-impact experiences that resonate with education leaders across the region and move them further down the decision-making funnel.

-- Provide end-to-end event programme management for a range of education-focused events across EMEA.
- Partner with internal teams and external event agencies to deliver high-quality, scalable event experiences.
- Review and recommend trade shows and third-party event opportunities to maximize reach into our core education audience.
- Adapt and scale content from large flagship events (e.g., Bett) for broader use across regional activations.
- Develop and implement a scaled partner and sales event strategy, supporting with resources, tracking, and reporting.
- Regularly report on event performance and marketing impact, demonstrating clear ROI and improvements over time.
- Uphold event inclusivity best practices, ensuring all events are welcoming and accessible to diverse audiences.
- Lead generation and pipeline contribution
- Engagement metrics (attendance, interaction rates)
- Education leader engagement and movement along the buyer journey
- Marketing-impacted bookings
- ROI from events and post-event nurturing activities
-- 5+ years of experience in event marketing, program management, or related fields
- Experience supporting marketing programs in the education, edtech, or technology sectors is highly desirable
- Proven success in managing complex event portfolios across multiple countries
- Strong understanding of event metrics, pipeline impact, and reporting methodologies
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and external agency partners
- Passion for inclusive marketing and building events that cater to diverse audiences
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
