What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Lead comprehensive planning and execution of regional and national trade shows, conferences, and events, ensuring alignment with company objectives
2. Coordinate event design and onsite execution with various teams to maintain consistent branding and successful lead generation tactics
3. Manage event ROI, budgets, vendor negotiations, contracts, and timelines, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks
4. Evaluate and improve trade show workflows and operations using event management platforms to track and analyze performance metrics
5. Provide mentorship and guidance for junior team members

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
2. 6+ years of professional experience in event planning and management, specifically trade show and conference execution
