Responsibilities

Fully Remote/Virtual Role

Summary: The Sr. Marketing Manager, Brand Partnerships & Programs leads the development and delivery of strategic marketing initiatives and brand partnerships for one or more brands. This position works closely with cross-functional team members to cultivate, manage, and enhance new and existing corporate partnerships and campaigns to help build brand equity and support overall company growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Frontdoor, Inc. brands, target audiences, products, and services.
  • Collaborate with business, sales, and corporate partnership teams to think creatively and elevate high-value partner relationships with a focus on the consumer journey, brand insights, and marketing strategy.
  • Lead the creation and delivery of new and/or optimization of existing marketing strategies and integrated campaigns to support brand partnerships that drive scale and business growth.
  • Manage the creative development of brand partnership assets in collaboration with creative, legal, and, where applicable, agency partners to align with the brand strategy and motivate the target audience.
  • Lead the integration and delivery of select national marketing programs and initiatives – including facilitating the development of input briefs, integrated marketing plans, reporting cadence, campaign optimizations, scenario/contingency plans, and post-mortem program reviews.
  • Measure and report performance of all related marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs.
  • Assist with monitoring market and competitor news/trends.
  • May assume other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver, own, and lead work with an emphasis on successful brand partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to project manage cross-functional workstreams.
  • Proven success in content development including copywriting and editing.
  • Thorough understanding of advertising/marketing fundamentals, including branding, planning, positioning, strategy, market research, and media.
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to inform and influence cross-functionally.
  • Understanding of target audiences and their decision-making process.
  • Understanding of industry and competitive trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Strong strategic and innovative mindset to help approach and solve brand business problems.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude.
Other/State Specific

This role pays between $139,000 to $150,000, and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location.
