Position Overview
Natera is seeking a dynamic Sr. Marketing Manager, Pharma and Consortia Engagement to lead marketing strategies and guide clinical research partnerships with pharmaceutical companies, consortia groups, and key opinion leaders (KOL). This role plays a key part in aligning Natera's oncology product portfolio, including Signatera, real-world data solutions, and comprehensive oncology offerings, with the unique needs of our partners.

As Sr. Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, product management, and medical affairs to develop and execute targeted, multi-channel B2B marketing strategies. Your work will drive customer acquisition, enhance engagement with influential KOLs, and help achieve our strategic growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Messaging Development: Translate complex scientific data (e.g., publications, posters) into compelling narratives for each customer group, to drive forward the industry’s approach to ctDNA-guided clinical trials
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Develop and execute customized marketing strategies that align Natera’s oncology solutions with the needs of national and regional systems of care, as well as pharmaceutical partners.
  • Multi-Channel Campaigns: Implement B2B marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, and events to drive awareness and adoption of Natera’s oncology products.
  • Sales & Marketing Collaterals: Lead the creation of engaging materials to be used by sales teams when interacting with key decision-makers within pharma, consortia, and clinical research organizations
  • Market Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies and ensure Natera stays ahead of the curve.
  • Performance Tracking: Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts, identifying and addressing gaps to meet growth targets.
  • Engagement Opportunities: Identify and manage opportunities to increase Natera’s visibility across key stakeholder groups.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, marketing, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the medical diagnostics, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries.
  • Strong experience in oncology and/or genomics is highly preferred.
  • Proven success in developing and executing account-based marketing (ABM) strategies in B2B environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to distill complex scientific concepts into simple, impactful messages.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across organizations.

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
