The Role:

Lead patient engagement, with a primary focus on nurturing and growing accounts. Responsibility for creating strategy that leads patients from the top of the funnel to conversion as a patient; with the ability to create impactful marketing campaigns, as well as execute and track initiatives that roll up to KPI’s across our Growth team.

Additionally responsible for driving patient-facing marketing initiatives with strategic accounts, including driving brand awareness, growing account registration, and increasing first time use of our products and services. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at being at the center of a fast paced, highly collaborative, performance driven job.

You’ll drive the agenda for understanding the target audience, conducting a historical look back to measure campaign effectiveness, and developing strategic marketing communications plans in partnership with our Growth, Product and Operations team. You’ll present at meetings to sell-in campaign ideas, lead creative development, and report out campaign performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Customer Success team to plan and execute marketing programs that drives engagement for our clients
  • Measure, track and report on patient enrollment and engagement activities, with the ability to pivot when initiatives are not performing
  • Segment client employee populations to drive initial adoption and on-going engagement
  • Draw insights from patient users and serve as their voice in product and communication development
  • Develop high-impact, convincing oral and written presentations of creative concepts for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Measure and share campaign performance to internal (Customer Success, Marketing and Business Development Teams) and external (customer) stakeholders
  • Using our patient profiles, cohorts and brand persona’s, establish insights that will lead to actionable recommendations to drive engagement

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a Marketing BS or Masters degree program is preferred but not required
  • 5-7 years of experience, with at least 3 years of digital marketing
  • Healthcare, employer benefits/wellness, and payer relationship experience is required
  • Medicare/Medicaid experience is a plus
  • Experience managing product adoption, engagement, and retention focused programs in a B2B2C environment
  • Experience in leveraging multiple channels to execute and manage marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics
  • Experience with Iterable or equivalent experience (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Braze, Klaviyo, Customer.io, or similar platforms) is strongly preferred.
