We are a small Silicon Valley startup with big customers and big dreams! We're looking for a Sr. Marketing Manager to help us kick-start new demand gen program to create awareness of our state-of-the-art platform and new features like advanced in-video search. At CircleHD, you will have an opportunity to work with collaborative colleagues in a growth industry.

Responsibilities

• Managing all marketing plans for the company and activities within the marketing department
• Developing and executing both short and long-term marketing plans in line with company objectives to ensure the growth and profitability for the company
• Overseeing company’s marketing budget.
• Planning and implementing online PPC, PRs and print promotional campaigns as needed
• Identify weaknesses in existing marketing campaigns and develop pragmatic solutions within budgetary constraints
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives as well as brainstorm fresh strategies, monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
• Identify and share KPIs with stakeholders
• Closely work with Sales to co-ordinate marketing campaigns
• Help create and analyze campaign performance reports and sales reports for program effectiveness and optimization
• Develop content for emails and other inbound marketing campaigns based on customer data, industry insights, and analysis
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
• Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
• Organize promotional events at trade shows and other venues, coordinating with our staff to ensure prompt delivery of materials and merchants
• Conduct various testing methods in design, layout and advertising techniques in order to gain the most organic and paid traffic
• Managing SEO content for blogs, websites and social media accounts
• Develop link building strategies
• Keeping updated on both white hat and black hat SEO strategies to avoid stay within search engine guidelines
• Continuously learning and evolving on SEO and SEM strategies
• Writing powerful calls-to-action to convert visitors
  
  

Background, Experience and Education

• Bachelor degree, preferably in Marketing field
• 3+ years working as a Marketing professional
• Prior experience in content marketing, content growth and SEO, SEM
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word or equivalent.
• In-depth understanding of marketing concepts, SEO, SEM, AB testing
• Familiar with Google analytics or equivalent
• Experience with website and online optimization tools

• Experience working with SAAS startup companies is a plus
• Confident and dynamic personality.
• Experience with competitive analysis and creative UX services
• Background in Digital Marketing, UX, Communications, Advertising, Social Media
