What We Do
As a member of the Growth Marketing team, you will contribute directly to DTC growth at Calm. We are a small, hungry, and humble team that seeks innovative ways to bring new users into the Calm App and Calm.com. We combine data-driven strategy and creative problem solving to drive consumer growth across App, Web, and Offline Marketing channels. We are always exploring new opportunities to optimize and scale ad networks and channels. We value a can-do attitude, data-driven decision-making, high EQ, cross-functional collaboration, resourcefulness, and curiosity.
We are hiring remote workers for this role in the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, New York City, or Minneapolis. At this time, only candidates in these locations will be considered.
What You’ll Do
The Sr. Growth Marketing Manager will lead Calm’s growth engine by managing Paid Search, ASA, and Google UAC channels. You are a self-driven channel expert capable of strategic and tactical actions, with a proven track record of driving impact via performance marketing channels for a DTC business. You possess strong analytical skills, diving into data to identify trends and insights for optimization. You will own campaign strategies, execution, and optimization, collaborating with media buyers, marketing ops, creative, brand marketing, and data teams to improve channel strategies.
