We are seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to lead our global social media strategy. This role is remote, based in Seattle, WA; San Francisco Bay Area; Austin, TX; or Washington, DC, with occasional in-person interactions.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing social media strategies across LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Instagram.
• Managing content calendars, channel planning, and content creation in collaboration with internal teams.
• Using AI and automation tools to scale content production and engagement.
• Monitoring social trends and conversations for real-time engagement opportunities.
• Supporting executive visibility and thought leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6+ years in social media strategy, preferably in B2B tech or cybersecurity.
• Proven success in growing brand presence and engagement on major social platforms.
• Experience with AI tools for social media support.
• Strong storytelling, copywriting, and visual skills.
• Familiarity with social media management and analytics platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with YouTube strategy and video content.
• Background in community building or influencer partnerships.
• Experience supporting social media for executive thought leadership.

Compensation: Tiered bands from $95K to $126K, with equity options.
