Job summary

Jobot is seeking an engineer to help grow production at a precision manufacturing facility. This on-site role offers room for growth, direct shop-floor impact, and collaboration with production, quality, and engineering leaders.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Engineering with 7+ years in manufacturing and experience with PFMEA, control plans, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives. Competitive compensation and benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience supporting production equipment and shop-floor manufacturing environments.
• Strong background in process development, tooling, and industrialization.
• Experience with PFMEA, control plans, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation.
• Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Experience supporting or leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with production, quality, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities
