My client is a global manufacturing company who is growing! They are looking to add a Manufacturing Engineer to their team who is responsible for supporting and improving products and production processes.

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Developing, evaluating, and improving manufacturing systems and processes, focusing on enhancing productivity and reducing costs.
• Collaborating with the product development team to design new products and make modifications to existing ones.
• Creating and analyzing layouts of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and workforce utilization to maximize efficiency.
• Utilizing SolidWorks and AutoCAD to design, model, and test product designs and manufacturing processes.
• Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for product and process-related concerns.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of quality control procedures to ensure the consistent production of high-quality products.
• Coordinating with other departments such as Quality, Production, and R&D to implement new strategies and processes.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as industry-specific standards and regulations.
• Providing training and guidance to manufacturing staff on new processes and equipment.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineering role.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Extensive knowledge of product development and manufacturing processes.
