This remote-eligible role involves leading a team of Sr Recruiters, collaborating with HR and business teams, and driving improvements in recruiting processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruiting and people leadership.
Job Description
As the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition - Field Recruiting, you’ll serve as the primary talent liaison for our retail and services teams in the western half of the US in addition to overseeing a team of Sr Recruiters. You’ll work closely with human resources and business teams to create a collaborative partnership to support the business and forecast recruiting needs while building a deep understanding of their work.
You will also coach, develop, and lead a team of high performing Sr Recruiters who support work across the enterprise. To be successful in this role, you should be an expert in people leadership, recruiting processes, problem solving and stakeholder management. In addition, you need to be able to quickly develop and execute high-impact tactical and strategic initiatives.
This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. You must live in the Central or Western half of the US to be considered.
