Overview




Element has an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager- NDT Field Services for our Aerospaceand Defense Business Unit, responsible for the National Inspection and Consultants business. The position is responsible for achieving staffing targets for various locations by recruiting and evaluating job candidates, advising managers, and coordinating on boarding.






Responsibilities




Responsibilities

    Recruitment for the staffing of NIC NDE/QC projects
  • Manage two junior recruiters
  • Obtain qualification backup documents as outlined in the NIC written practice and forward to hiring manager for review.
  • Initiate, develop, and maintain partnerships with colleges and trade schools to identify and attract NDT talent
  • Research and implement recruiting, hiring methods, and business trends within NDT
  • Work with hiring managers to establish current needs and develop creative sourcing plans and appropriate postings for desired positions
  • Manage a high volume of applications and maintaining the applicant database
  • Interview job applicants via phone to match their skills and qualifications as defined by job description and hiring manager, recording and evaluating applicant experience, education, training, and skills
  • Inform applicants of job openings and details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, and working conditions
  • Select qualified applicants or refer them to hiring manager
  • Other duties assigned by Manager





Skills / Qualifications




  • 10+ years' of full cycle recruiting experience within a global company
  • Prior track record of specialized skillset recruiting
  • Excellent customer service and strong teamwork with the ability of working autonomously
  • Strong ability to source candidates utilizing industry specific job boards and social media
  • Demonstrated effective networking skills and direct sourcing strategies and experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment processes
  • Prior People Manager experience
  • Confident recruiter with proven interpersonal and communication skills, which can be demonstrated at all levels of the business
  • Proven capability of managing workload in a high-paced environment
