About the Gig:

What does a Manager, Talent Acquisition Do?

Your mission is clear: find and hire teammates that raise the bar, just by joining!

In this role, you will be the strategic force behind growing a seriously strong team who are passionate, driven, and make you wonder how you ever worked without them. You'll own and drive the end-to-end hiring process for technical, functional, and consulting roles both within the Salesforce space and beyond. You will help design and implement an ongoing recruiting strategy and partner with leadership and hiring managers to determine our hiring needs and sourcing strategies. You will also help support special projects across the organization as we grow and evolve.

A Day-in-the-Life:

  1. Identifying hiring needs in coordination with the hiring manager, senior leadership, and growth strategies
  2. Creating, updating, and templatizing job descriptions and requirement profiles
  3. Screening and identifying candidates and coordinating all candidate-facing activities
  4. Setting the standards for hiring practices and selection procedures
  5. Developing and executing talent acquisition strategies and plans
  6. Enhancing our recruitment presence across all platforms
  7. Maintaining candidate information including resumes, references, portfolios, interview notes, and assignments using internal tools
  8. Collaborating with Team Leads to determine hiring needs and refine selection processes
  9. Nurturing relationships and maintaining a candidate pipeline, staying ahead of hiring trends
  10. Managing follow-up and communication to keep the interview process moving efficiently
  11. Ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
  12. Using data analysis skills to provide benchmarks and metrics for decision making
  13. Setting social campaigns and media strategies to enhance brand presence
  14. Attending recruiting events to support and promote our brand
