We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our partner recruitment efforts and strategy. With Citrin Cooperman’s ongoing hyper-growth as one of the fastest growing middle market accounting firms, we’re looking for a candidate with a proven track record of sourcing, attracting and hiring senior-level talent within the public accounting industry who have a passion for their craft & a desire to make a real impact. This role will be critical in shaping CC’s future and ongoing owner pipeline across our tax, audit and advisory practices, so we’re looking for a true recruiting partner who can leverage their applied expertise & help to drive the strategy for our partner recruitment process to scale.
This is a great opportunity to join our growing talent acquisition team and contribute to the success of our broader talent acquisition efforts by also supporting key projects across recruitment operations, technology, employer branding and other strategic initiatives.

For positions in New York City and California, the salary range : $125,000 – $150,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.
