Anywhere Real Estate is looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our Strategy Office. This pivotal role involves spearheading strategic initiatives and transforming our enterprise to enhance the real estate experience for agents, consumers, and employees. Reporting to the VP of Strategy & Competitive Intelligence, this high-profile position offers exposure across all functions and business units, with potential growth into operational roles. You will work closely with executive leadership, leading strategic thinking, development, and cross-functional teams as part of a 'SWAT team' on prioritized projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive corporate strategy and transformation initiatives.
  2. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform decision-making.
  3. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Project Leadership: Lead transformation projects, including process optimization, technology integration, and restructuring.
  5. Workshops & Training: Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build strategy and transformation capabilities.
  6. Progress Monitoring: Monitor and report on initiative progress, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  7. Communication: Collaborate with communications to effectively convey the company's strategy to employees.
  8. Project Management: Oversee projects as both leader and manager, ensuring timely execution.
  9. Business Cases: Establish business cases, workplans, and cross-functional teams for initiatives.
  10. Lifecycle Support: Support decisions to expand, pivot, or cancel initiatives during their lifecycle.
  11. KPI Establishment: Support strategy development, initiative prioritization, and KPI setting.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years in strategy development, corporate transformation, or management consulting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with industry trends in strategy and change management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with digital transformation, AI, and automation.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Strong financial analysis and business case development skills.
