The Manager, Market Access & Reimbursement Strategy (MARS) supports the US Market Access Department's mission to ensure patient access to advanced wound management technologies. The role focuses on government and commercial payers, driving payer strategies to secure coverage and reimbursement for AWM products, thereby facilitating patient access and enhancing the company's reputation.
Base salary ranges from $100,000 to $140,000 annually, with additional incentives and benefits including health coverage, 401k, tuition reimbursement, and wellness programs. Actual pay depends on experience and location.
