The Manager, Market Access & Reimbursement Strategy (MARS) supports the US Market Access Department's mission to ensure patient access to advanced wound management technologies. The role focuses on government and commercial payers, driving payer strategies to secure coverage and reimbursement for AWM products, thereby facilitating patient access and enhancing the company's reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Execute US Market Access activities to optimize market access and commercialization, including developing strategies for reimbursement, coding, and coverage.
  2. Identify evidence gaps, provide strategic input on evidence requirements, and collaborate with Marketing on product value propositions.
  3. Maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to advance business objectives, remove access barriers, and expand coverage.
  4. Research and report on reimbursement trends, develop landscape presentations, and advise on strategic directions based on the reimbursement environment.
  5. Collaborate on developing reimbursement tools and resources to support market access strategies.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 5-7 years in reimbursement, market access, or health economics within healthcare or medical device sectors.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Travel: 20-50% as required.
Compensation & Benefits

Base salary ranges from $100,000 to $140,000 annually, with additional incentives and benefits including health coverage, 401k, tuition reimbursement, and wellness programs. Actual pay depends on experience and location.
