Job Title: Sr. Manager Revenue Operations

Location: U.S. Remote (US-based time zones, CST or EST)

Position Overview:

The Senior Manager of Revenue Operations is responsible for optimizing processes, systems, and analytics to support revenue growth at CYPHER Learning. You will drive operational efficiencies, enhance visibility into revenue performance, and align efforts across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. This role requires a detail-oriented and strategic thinker who thrives in data-driven environments and is passionate about scaling operations for rapid growth.

What You'll Do:

  1. Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline processes across the revenue organization, aligning with company objectives.
  2. Manage and enhance customer data and workflows that drive revenue across systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Power BI to optimize workflow, data integrity, and efficiency in Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  3. Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor, analyze, and communicate performance across revenue teams.
  4. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure coordinated strategies that drive revenue growth and customer retention.
  5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, automation, and productivity.
  6. Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to influence revenue strategies.
  7. Ensure data integrity for business reviews, forecasting, and pipeline management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  8. Optimize revenue forecasting models and planning processes in collaboration with Finance, CRO, and leadership.
  9. Work with product, finance, customer success, engineering, and operations teams to support revenue initiatives.

Your Skills & Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA or higher preferred.
  2. At least 7 years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations in SaaS/B2B environments.
  3. Proven expertise with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), analytics tools, and data management.
  4. Strong analytical skills with a history of leveraging data insights.
  5. Experience streamlining operations and system integrations for efficiency and data accuracy.
  6. Ability to manage cross-functional projects and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
  7. Excellent communication skills for articulating insights and strategies to executives.
  8. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
