JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and highly organized Revenue Operations and Sales Enablement Specialist to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence across our revenue-generating teams and equipping our sales organization with the necessary tools, content, and training to succeed. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytical expertise and sales process knowledge, with a proven ability to optimize revenue performance and effectively support go-to-market teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Revenue Operations
- Develop, implement, and optimize processes throughout the revenue cycle to ensure alignment between the marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
- Maintain and enhance CRM systems (HubSpot) to ensure accurate data capture and reporting.
- Build and manage performance dashboards to track KPIs and revenue metrics, delivering insights that support decision-making.
- Partner with Finance and leadership to assist in forecasting, territory planning, and pipeline management.
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for driving revenue growth.
- Manage revenue tech stack integrations and ensure tools are used efficiently across teams.
Sales Enablement
- Create and maintain onboarding programs, sales playbooks, and role-specific training materials.
- Deliver ongoing training and support to sales teams to enhance performance and close rates.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales collateral, messaging, and pitch materials.
- Ensure sales representatives have access to up-to-date resources, competitive intelligence, and product knowledge.
- Evaluate the impact of enablement initiatives and continuously refine content based on team feedback and performance data.
- Act as a strategic partner to sales leadership to identify skill gaps and provide targeted support.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in CRM and revenue systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, etc.).
- Excellent data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
- Experience designing and delivering training or enablement programs.
- Ability to communicate effectively across departments and levels of seniority.
- Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and project management skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
