Job summary

Big Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Provider Experience and Clinical Transformation to drive revenue growth and patient impact by ensuring health systems and provider groups have a smooth experience with our FDA-cleared digital treatments. The role requires strong leadership, implementation science expertise, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare implementation or operations with a track record of managing complex projects
• Degree(s) in business, project management, healthcare, public health or a related field. Master’s degree preferred
• Former or currently licensed healthcare or behavioral health provider preferred
• Experience implementing or optimizing billing and revenue cycle workflows across multiple software systems
• Strong leadership skills and ability to lead cross-functional projects

Responsibilities

• Be strategic in setting up the implementation function for future growth using implementation science
• Develop and execute implementation strategies aligned with client expectations
• Oversee end-to-end implementation for health system and provider clients
• Synthesize learnings to inform go-to-market and internal processes
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, product and IT
