Job summary

Big Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Provider Experience and Clinical Transformation to drive revenue growth and patient impact through smooth implementation of FDA-cleared digital treatments in the US health system.

You will lead cross-functional teams, engage with providers, and leverage data to optimize workflows, with a blend of clinical, implementation science, and commercial acumen at the core.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare implementation or operations with complex projects.
• Degree in business, project management, healthcare or related field; Master's preferred.
• Licensed healthcare provider background is a plus.
• Experience with billing/revenue cycle workflows and payer interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation for health system and provider clients.
• Develop strategies aligned with client goals and organizational aims.
• Coordinate withSales, Customer Success, IT, and regulatory teams.
• Provide regular updates and post-implementation reviews.
