Genpact LLC is hiring a Tech Lead for Application Development focused on Microsoft technologies. You will lead a team of developers, collaborate with stakeholders to specify requirements, and develop apps using .NET, Azure, SQL Server, and SharePoint.

The role requires strong leadership, modern MS tech skills, and the ability to guide complex projects in a hybrid U.S. environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Master's degree in Software Engineering is a plus.
• AZ-204: Microsoft Azure Developer Associate certification is beneficial.
