Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Chief of Staff to partner with the Global Agentic AI Officer. You will shape and scale strategic priorities, drive decisions, and ensure fast, aligned execution across Product, Engineering, GTM, Strategy and Corporate Functions.

You will combine technical credibility with business judgment and executive presence to lead high-impact initiatives and communicate clearly with Board and CEO audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in commerce, economics or finance.
• MBA or analytics master’s strongly preferred.
• Experience with enterprise strategy and governance.
• Certification in IT service management or project management is a plus.
• Strong executive communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Global Agentic AI Officer on strategic priorities.
• Represent the officer in executive meetings and forums.
• Prioritize leader’s time and remove operational noise.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance and Strategy.
• Lead executive communications and governance processes.
