Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Manager - Software Development Engineering to lead a team of developers delivering high-quality software applications in a fast-moving, AI-enabled environment. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, develop strategic plans, and ensure best practices across the SDLC.

You will evaluate technologies, mentor engineers, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with Genpact's client-focused approach and scale.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Master's in Software Engineering is preferred.
• Java certification (Oracle Java SE 8) is required or highly preferred.

• Manage a team of developers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and scope.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for application development projects.
