Job summary

Search Group in Gaithersburg, MD seeks a strategic business and marketing leader to own and grow an insurance product portfolio. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead a team and external partners to drive revenue growth, improve efficiency, and strengthen long-term performance in a regulated environment.

This hybrid role requires 7–10 years of leadership, a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), team and partner management experience, and the ability to obtain Life and P&C licenses

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 7-10 years of progressive business leadership with accountability for revenue, financial performance, and customer acquisition or retention.
• 3-5 years managing people and external partners.
• Ability to obtain Life and Property & Casualty insurance licenses within 18 months of hire.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into practical strategy.
• Solid grounding in marketing concepts such as segmentation, targeting, and campaign analytics.
• Excellent communication skills, including presenting to governance bodies.
