The Judge Group, INC. seeks a Senior Manager, Business Strategy & Growth to oversee a portfolio of insurance and member benefit products, drive revenue growth, and lead long-term strategy in a highly regulated environment.

Reporting to the CMO, you will lead product strategy, analytics, partner oversight, and team development while optimizing customer experience and business performance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive business leadership experience with revenue growth and strategy.
• Experience in insurance or regulated industries is preferred.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.

Senior Manager, Business Strategy & GrowthWe are seeking a strategic business leader to oversee a portfolio of insurance and member benefit products, drive revenue growth, improve operational performance, and lead long-term business strategy. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this leadership role combines business management, marketing, analytics, partner oversight, and team leadership within a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own business performance, growth strategy, and profitability for a portfolio of products and services.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, retention, and customer acquisition.
• Analyze financial, market, and customer data to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Lead product strategy, lifecycle management, and customer experience initiatives.
• Manage external partners, vendors, and key stakeholder relationships to ensure performance and accountability.
• Establish performance metrics, reporting, and business optimization processes.
• Lead, develop, and mentor team members while managing cross-functional projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive business leadership experience with responsibility for revenue growth, financial performance, product strategy, marketing, and partner management.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, employee benefits, association programs, affinity marketing, or other regulated industries is preferred.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience managing risk, governance, compliance, and vendor relationships.
• Ability to obtain Life Insurance and Property & Casualty licenses within 18 months of hire.
