Job summary

Capital Search Group is seeking a strategic business and marketing leader in Gaithersburg, MD to own and grow an insurance product portfolio. You will report to the CMO, lead a team and external partners, and drive revenue growth in a regulated environment.

Hybrid role with two days in the office, up to $175K+ total compensation. The role requires a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), 7–10 years of leadership with revenue responsibility, and the ability to obtain Life and P&C licenses within 18

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 7-10 years of progressive business leadership with accountability for revenue, financial performance, and customer acquisition or retention.
• 3-5 years managing people and external partners.
• Ability to obtain Life and Property & Casualty insurance licenses within 18 months of hire.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into practical strategy.
• Solid grounding in marketing concepts such as segmentation, targeting, and campaign analytics.
• Excellent communication skills, including presenting to governance bodies.
