The Judge Group seeks a Senior Manager, Business Strategy & Growth to oversee a portfolio of insurance and member benefit products, drive revenue growth, improve operational performance, and lead long-term business strategy.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this leadership role combines business management, marketing, analytics, partner oversight, and team leadership within a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive business leadership experience with revenue growth, financial performance, product strategy, marketing, and partner management.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, employee benefits or other regulated industries preferred.
• Ability to obtain Life Insurance and Property & Casualty licenses within 18 months of hire.
