• Deep understanding of consumer lending, credit risk, lending economics, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.

• Develop and execute strategies to grow the personal loan business across new customer segments, markets, and distribution channels.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and expansion opportunities.
• Evaluate new products, pricing strategies, partnerships, and distribution opportunities to improve portfolio growth and profitability.
• Define and monitor KPIs related to financial performance, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Partner with Credit Risk, Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, and Technology to optimize the customer journey and conversion rates.
• Leverage data analytics to improve lending strategies, underwriting efficiency, and portfolio performance.
• Identify cross-sell, up-sell, and customer lifetime value opportunities.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Develop relationships with fintechs, financial institutions, and external distribution partners.

The Senior Manager will drive the growth and strategic direction of the personal loan business, focusing on market expansion, portfolio performance, customer acquisition, and new growth opportunities. Please note this position is hybrid 3 days per week in McLean, VA.

Compensation for the Senior Manager of Personal Loan Strategy Includes:

• Salary: $150,000 - $160,000 depending on experience
